
The Green House at Calvary
The Green House at Calvary is a 7000 square foot, $800,000.00, 10 bedroom assisted living residence for Alzheimer’s patients. The project is a prototype project representing a new concept in assisted living developed by The Green House Project in Washington, D.C. The design concept is based on a residential model in lieu of the traditional medical model. In the Green House model the residence live in a home environment with encouraged interaction among the residents, including shared living space and shared meals. The project is the fourth of its type to be built; the first in Georgia.

A New Worship Center for Greater Life Baptist Church
The New Worship Center for Greater Life Baptist Church project is a new 2300 square foot worship building. The project is a wood frame, Hardi-Plank siding building With vaulted ceiling, exposed rafters, large windows, and steeple. The building includes worship space, entry hall with fireplace and bathroom facilities.

The Surplus Store at Ranger Joe’s
The Surplus Store at Ranger Joe’s project is a $212,000.00 renovation/conversion of an abandoned 2500 square foot service station into a surplus store adjacent to the Ranger Joe’s retail store on Victory Drive. The project included:
- Removal of all existing building components down to the concrete block and steel framing shell.
- Installation of completely new exterior building “skin”, interior walls, roofing system, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The new “skin” and roof are both constructed of metal building panels to match the existing adjacent buildings.

Allendale Shopping Center Facelift">Allendale Shopping Center Facelift
The Allendale Shopping Center Facelift Project is a $300,000.00 façade replacement of a 25 year old 200,000 square foot strip center. The project included removal of the existing metal shingle roof, replacement with a standing seam metal roof, replacement of wood siding with a stucco system, and encapsulation of brick columns in stucco. The new façade brings a fresh look to the center, providing the owner with an updated facility in keeping with newer nearby centers.

Jacobson Hotel
The Jacobson Hotel is a 24,000 square foot, three-story, 31 room boutique hotel, built as a locally owned, high end, intimate hotel associated with the Clarion hotel chain. The hotel is a masonry and steel joist structure with a stucco exterior and standing seam metal roof.

Newsroom Renovation for WTVM Channel 9
The Newsroom Renovation Project for WTVM Channel 9 is a 10,000 square foot, $260,000.00 renovation of the existing newsroom and adjacent storage space into a new, larger newsroom facility. The project included expansion of a storage mezzanine and finish out of the space below into a larger assignment desk and twenty-one workstations for the news anchors, producers, and reporters. The old newsroom and an adjacent space was renovated into offices for the news director, executive producers, sports staff, cameramen, conference room, and state of the art digital editing rooms.
